Vocational Evaluation

Through interest, aptitude and/or academic achievement testing, individuals are assisted with gaining a stronger understanding of their abilities, skills, interests and potentialities. These characteristics are considered in conjunction with labour market information and any limitations or restrictions that the individual may be faced with.  The Vocational Evaluation incorporates a person’s history of medical, functional, psychological, social, cultural, economic and labour-market factors in assisting an individual with identifying options for future employment.

The end result of a Vocational Evaluation should be the identification of realistic vocational goals and a road-map of how the individual can achieve them.
