Rehabilitation Planning & Return to Work

A comprehensive evaluation is provided involving on-site interviews with the client, physician and employer (as appropriate), as well as a review of file information,  to define the individual’s vocational rehabilitation potential and pinpoint any barriers that may exist.

An initial report with the rehabilitation goal and the specific recommendations for return to work planning are developed and all parties are set up to work as a team.  The individualized vocational rehabilitation goal is set according to the person’s ability to return to their own or alternate employment, needs for treatment, job modification or skill development with emphasis placed on their transferable skills from prior employment and/or education.

This plan can then be implemented in consultation with all stakeholders to ensure a safe and timely return to work using a comprehensive and holistic approach.
